With over twenty years of operations management experience, the last six years as a marina and boatyard manager in Vermilion, Phil Cable saw a need for a large scale indoor heated boat and RV storage facility in the Vermilion/Lorain area.  Along with his stepson, Jim Centifanti, they manage 100,000 square feet of indoor heated storage space and several acres of outdoor storage at the former Ford Motor Co. assembly plant on Baumhart Road.  Vermilion Indoor Storage can accommodate boats and Rv's up to 14' in height.
